Estimated Delivery Time

You will typically receive your order between 5 - 10 business days. No deliveries will be made on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Orders are typically packed and dispatched to our couriers within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Our agreement with our couriers is to deliver the items within an additional 2-3 days on average. We will always do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframes but please note that Estimated Delivery Times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Do expect longer than usual delivery times during flash sale events and Holidays.

Receiving Your Order

All orders must be signed. Please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery.

What if no one is available to sign the delivery?

If you are not home to accept delivery our couriers will leave an attempted delivery slip behind. Different couriers will manage the subsequent delivery differently. It will usually be in the following depending on the courier used:

• Arrange re-delivery of order within 7 working days
• Only 2 re-delivery attempts will be made
