We are sorry to hear this. If the product is defective, we are happy to do a 1-for-1 exchange of the product for you within 14 days from date of purchase or 21 days from date of purchase for Star Card Members.
For the exheange can be done at our store. Don't forget to bring the receipt/confirmation and full package with you.
A refund will be process if your item is out-of-stock or you may choose to wait for the next available shipment. We are able to process partial refund on your order if your refund request is approved. Delivery charges are strictly non-refundable. All exchanges or refunds can only be done at Toys'R'Us stores. Toys'R'Us reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund if the requirements are not met. In case of dispute, Toys'R'Us will have the right to make the final decision with no exceptions.
