Orders are generally despatched within 2 days upon ordering and another 1-3 working days to get to your doorstep. Additional 2-5 working days during flash sale promotions and Christmas season. For bulky goods, our staff will contact you to confirm delivery arrangement. 

Toys"R"Us Thailand only delivers only within Thailand. We are unable to deliver PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Post Offices. At this time we do not ship from our toysrus.co.th site to anywhere outside of Thailand. We do however, accept payment and billing from other countries.
